This website, shopelvior.com, is operated under the name Elvior ("Elvior", "we", "us", "our"). Elvior is a trading name of Claremont Elegance Limited.
By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using the Site
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to send viruses or any harmful code through the site.
If you break these terms, we can end your access.
3. Our Right to Refuse Service
We can refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.
4. Product Information
We work to show our products, colours, sizes and descriptions as clearly as we can. Colours can look different on different screens. Information on the site is for general use. Please check product details before you order.
5. Prices and Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices and offers can change at any time without notice.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
A product listing is an invitation to order. It is not a binding offer to sell.

11. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
12. Errors and Omissions
Mistakes can happen. If we find an error in a price, a description or stock level, we can correct it and cancel affected orders, even after you order. If we cancel an order, we refund you in full.

The site can include tools and links from other companies. We do not control them. We are not responsible for their content, their policies or any dealings you have with them. Please read their terms before you use them.
14. Comments and Feedback
