Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:
The item is unused and in original condition
There are no visible signs of wear or damage
Original packaging is included
Items returned after 30 days are not eligible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate items, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable products.

Proof of purchase may be required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and usually take 2 to 5 business days after approval.
Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible.
